Commission A Piece with Kate Freeman
Commissioning your own individual piece with Kate Freeman Studios is easier than you may think. Follow these three steps below, and your original commissioned piece could be in your home or office within a matter of weeks.
Inquire with the Form Below
Kate will contact you personally once she receives your email. She want to interact with you to better understand who you are as a person and the unique piece you are looking for. She will then set up a meeting in-person or virtually, depending on your preference.
Meet with Kate to Discuss the Commission
Kate and Trent like to get to know their clients. This helps them understand your preferences and ideas. During this meeting, Kate will ask questions about your space, the size of the piece you envision and any questions or concerns you may have. At this meeting, you will also discuss cost and payment schedules.
Kate gets to work!
Kate will finally draw up a contract describing the commissioned piece, timeline, cost and delivery schedule. Once the contract is signed and a deposit of half is made, they will start on the commission and either deliver or ship your piece (depending on what both of you agreed upon in the original contract)!
