Do you love the look of Pens & Ink? Do you enjoy watercolor art and illustration? If so, we have the perfect class for you! Join returning artist Phillip Ortiz for a Pen and Ink and Watercolor Class at The Artificers! Whether you are a beginner at drawing and watercolor or want to grow your skillset, Phillip will show you some exciting techniques for beautifully combining ink and watercolor.   Invite your friends and join Phillip for two hours of fun and creativity. You’ll learn to work with ink in several ways while bringing in watercolors to add movement and beauty to your artwork.   Paper, bottled ink, and watercolors are included (brushes and ink pens are not- see the supply list). Phillip will guide you every step of the way as you experience this unique, loose, and detailed technique. You’ll have a great time with your friends and create an original painting you’ll be proud of!   Event Details: No painting or creative experience is required, but some drawing skill is helpful. Professional artist Phillip Ortiz will provide guidance and assistance. Most of the materials are included. You will need to purchase your own ink pens and brushes. (see the additional supply list with Amazon links) You’ll learn how to use ink and ink pens to create texture, depth, and movement and several watercolor techniques to add color and beauty to your inkings. You keep your original painting(s)! Both the morning and afternoon classes will cover the fundamentals and have different subject matter options to illustrate. Cost is $65 per person per class.
